Eulalio Gutiérrez

Eulalio Gutiérrez, born on February second, eighteen eighty-one, was a prominent Mexican general and politician during the tumultuous period of the Mexican Revolution. Hailing from the state of Coahuila, he rose to prominence as a key figure in the revolutionary movement that sought to dismantle the regime of Victoriano Huerta. His most notable achievement came when he was elected provisional president of Mexico during the Aguascalientes Convention, a pivotal moment in the revolution.

Gutiérrez's presidency, which lasted from November sixth, nineteen fourteen, to January sixteenth, nineteen fifteen, was marked by significant challenges. He was chosen over Venustiano Carranza, the
