Evelyn Kawamoto

Evelyn Tokue Kawamoto, born on September 17, 1933, was a remarkable American swimmer who made her mark in the world of competitive swimming. Known for her exceptional talent, she represented the United States at the 1952 Helsinki Olympics, where she earned bronze medals in both the 400-meter individual freestyle and the 4x100-meter freestyle relay events.
