Eyal Zamir

Eyal Zamir, born on January twenty-sixth, nineteen sixty-six, is a distinguished Israeli military officer currently serving as the Chief of the General Staff of the Israel Defense Forces. He assumed this prestigious role on March fifth, twenty twenty-five, marking a significant milestone in his illustrious career.

Prior to his current position, Zamir held the role of Director-General of the Israeli Ministry of Defense from twenty twenty-three to twenty twenty-five. His extensive experience in military leadership includes serving as Deputy Chief of Staff from twenty eighteen to twenty twenty-one, where he played a crucial role in shaping military strategies and operations.
