Ezinne Okparaebo

Ezinne Okparaebo, born on March third, nineteen eighty-eight, is a distinguished Norwegian sprinter renowned for her exceptional speed. She holds the title of Scandinavia's fastest woman ever in both the sixty meters and one hundred meters events. Since her arrival in Norway at the age of nine, she has made a significant impact on the athletics scene, growing up in Ammerud where her sprinting talent was first recognized during a sports school day at Haugen skole.

With an impressive record, Okparaebo has claimed the national title in the one hundred meters an astounding thirteen times, establishing herself as the top female sprinter in Norway since two thousand five. She competes for the club IL Norna-Salhus, where her dedication and talent continue to shine.

Her achievements on the international stage include winning a silver medal in the sixty meters at the two thousand nine European Athletics Indoor Championships and a bronze medal in the same event at the two thousand eleven championships.
