Fala Chen

Fala Chen, born on February 24, 1982, is a talented Chinese-American actress and singer who has made significant strides in both the Hong Kong and international entertainment industries. Her journey began when she was crowned 1st runner-up in the Miss Chinese International Pageant in 2005, which paved the way for her acting debut in Hong Kong cinema.

Chen gained widespread recognition for her compelling performances in popular drama series such as Heart of Greed (2007) and its sequel Moonlight Resonance (2008). Her exceptional talent earned her the Best Supporting Actress award twice at the TVB Anniversary Awards for her roles in the romantic series Steps (2007) and the historical drama No Regrets (2010). She made her feature film debut in the crime thriller Turning Point (2009), where she was nominated for Best New Performer at the 29th Hong Kong Film Awards.

In 2014, Chen took a bold step back from the limelight to pursue a master's degree at the prestigious Juilliard School.
