Fatin Shidqia

Fatin Shidqia Lubis, born on July 30, 1996, is a prominent Indonesian singer and actress who gained fame as the winner of the inaugural season of X Factor Indonesia in May 2013. Her victory marked a significant milestone, as she is recognized as the most successful winner in the history of the competition.

Following her triumph on the show, Fatin released her winner's single, 'Aku Memilih Setia,' which quickly soared to the top of the iTunes Indonesia charts. This success was just the beginning, as she launched her debut album, 'For You,' which also debuted at number one on the iTunes Indonesia Album Chart, solidifying her status as a leading artist in the Indonesian music scene.

'For You' became one of the most successful albums of the year, earning Fatin eight nominations at the AMI Awards, where she won five prestigious awards, including Best of the Best Album and Best Pop Female Solo Artist. The album and its six singles have collectively sold over five hundred thousand copies in Indonesia, showcasing her widespread appeal.

In December 2013, Fatin released her second single, 'Dia Dia Dia,' which peaked at number sixteen on the music charts and earned her an Anugerah Planet Muzik Award for the Most Popular Song. Her international recognition continued to grow, and in August 2016, she was honored with the Best Asian New Female Act award at the Daf BAMA Music Awards in Hamburg, Germany, making her the first Indonesian artist to receive this accolade.
