Felipe Nasr

Felipe Nasr, born on August twenty-first, nineteen ninety-two, is a distinguished Brazilian racing driver known for his remarkable achievements in both Formula One and endurance racing. He began his professional journey in motorsport as the official test driver for Williams in two thousand fourteen, before making his full-time debut in Formula One with Sauber in two thousand fifteen.

During his tenure in Formula One, which lasted until two thousand sixteen, Nasr showcased his talent on the global stage. However, after the two thousand sixteen season, he was replaced by Pascal Wehrlein, marking the end of his time in the sport's premier category.

Transitioning to endurance racing, Nasr found significant success in the IMSA SportsCar Championship. He has clinched three championship titles, with notable victories including the prestigious twelve Hours of Sebring in two thousand nineteen, two thousand twenty-five, and two thousand twenty-six, as well as the twenty-four Hours of Daytona in two thousand twenty-two. His prowess in the GTP category has also been highlighted by consecutive wins from two thousand twenty-four to two thousand twenty-six.

Since two thousand eighteen, Nasr has been a prominent figure in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, initially racing for Whelen Engineering Racing, where he won the championship alongside co-driver Eric Curran in his debut year. He later secured another title with fellow Brazilian Pipo Derani in two thousand twenty-one. In two thousand twenty-two, he was appointed as a Porsche factory driver, and as of two thousand twenty-three, he competes for Team Penske Porsche, further solidifying his status in the world of motorsport.
