Felix Belczyk, born on August 11, 1961, in Calgary, Alberta, is a distinguished former alpine skier who represented Canada in two Winter Olympic Games. His career spanned from 1982 to 1992, during which he became a prominent member of the Canadian National Alpine Ski team, specializing in downhill and super-G events.
Belczyk's Olympic journey began at the 1988 Winter Olympics held in his hometown of Calgary. He competed in three events: downhill, super-G, and the combined. In the combined event, he showcased his skills by finishing third in the downhill segment, although he faced disqualification in the slalom after missing a gate. He completed the downhill event in eighteenth place with a time of two minutes and three point fifty-nine seconds and placed nineteenth in the super-G with a time of one minute and forty-four point thirty-one seconds.
