In addition to his role in government, Kulov is the founder and leader of the Ar-Namys political party. He also chairs the People's Congress, an electoral alliance that includes Ar-Namys, showcasing his ongoing influence in Kyrgyz politics and his commitment to shaping the country's political landscape.
