Femke Bol

Femke Bol, born on February twenty-third, two thousand, is a remarkable Dutch track and field athlete renowned for her prowess in sprinting, middle-distance running, and hurdling. She has made a significant mark in athletics, particularly in the 400 metres hurdles, where she claimed the title of World Champion in both 2023 and 2025. Additionally, she excelled in the 400 metres, securing the World Indoor Champion title in 2024 and setting the world record in the short track with an impressive time of forty-nine point seventeen seconds on March second, 2024.

Since 2026, Bol has shifted her focus to the 800 metres, showcasing her versatility as an athlete. Her achievements extend to the 4 × 400 metres relay, where she has been a part of the Dutch women's team that triumphed as World Champions in 2023 and Indoor Champions in 2024, as well as contributing to the Dutch mixed team that won the Olympic title in 2024.

In addition to her championship titles, Bol holds several prestigious records, including the European record in the 400 metres hurdles with a time of fifty point ninety-five seconds, making her the second-fastest woman in this event. She also set the European record in the mixed 4 × 400 metres relay and has established six Dutch records across various individual events and relays.
