Feng Zhang

Feng Zhang, born on October 22, 1981, is a prominent Chinese-born American neuroscientist and biochemist, renowned for his groundbreaking contributions to the fields of neuroscience and biotechnology. He serves as the James and Patricia Poitras Professor of Neuroscience at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and is a core member of the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard.

In addition to his professorship, Zhang holds significant roles as an investigator at the McGovern Institute for Brain Research and as a professor in both the MIT Department of Brain and Cognitive Sciences and the Department of Biological Engineering.
