Florinel Coman

Florinel Coman, born on April 10, 1998, is a talented Romanian professional footballer who currently plays as a winger for Al-Gharafa in the Qatar Stars League and represents the Romania national team.

Coman's football journey began at Viitorul Constanța in 2015, where he quickly made a name for himself, helping the club secure a national championship in his second full season. His impressive performances caught the attention of larger clubs, leading to a significant transfer to FCSB in 2017 for a fee that was the highest ever paid by a Liga I side at that time, amounting to three million euros.

During his tenure at FCSB, Coman achieved remarkable success, winning the Cupa României in 2019 and contributing to another national title in the 2023–24 season. His outstanding form during this campaign earned him the title of league's top scorer and the prestigious Player of the Season award. Following this success, he made a high-profile move to Al-Gharafa for five million two hundred fifty thousand euros.

On the international stage, Coman made his senior debut for Romania in October 2019, having previously represented his country at under-17, under-19, and under-21 levels. He showcased his skills in the UEFA Euro 2024, where Romania not only topped their group but also advanced to the round of 16, further solidifying Coman's status as a key player for his national team.
