Fred Arthur

Fred Arthur, born on March sixth, nineteen sixty-one, is a distinguished Canadian former professional ice hockey defenceman and medical doctor. Hailing from Toronto, Ontario, he spent his formative years in Haileybury, Ontario, where his passion for hockey began to flourish.

Arthur's professional career in the National Hockey League (NHL) spanned three seasons, during which he played for the Hartford Whalers and the Philadelphia Flyers. His talent on the ice was evident early on, as he was drafted in the first round, eighth overall, by the Hartford Whalers in nineteen eighty. Throughout his career, he achieved significant milestones, including winning two Memorial Cups with the Cornwall Royals in nineteen eighty and nineteen eighty-one.
