Freddie Roach

Freddie Roach, born on March fifth, nineteen sixty, is a distinguished American boxing trainer and former professional boxer. Renowned for his exceptional skills and deep understanding of the sport, Roach has earned a reputation as one of the greatest boxing trainers in history.

Throughout his illustrious career, Roach has been the enduring coach of several boxing legends, including the eight-division world champion Manny Pacquiao and the five-time, four-division world champion Miguel Cotto. His expertise has also guided former WBC middleweight champion Julio César Chávez Jr., three-time world champion James Toney, and former UFC champion Georges St-Pierre, among others.

In addition to training established champions, Roach has played a pivotal role in the development of promising prospects such as Jose Benavidez, Peter Quillin, and Vanes Martirosyan.
