Frederick Augustus

Born in seventeen eleven, Frederick Augustus I, Duke of Oldenburg, was part of a lineage that included several notable figures. Among them were Frederick Augustus, Prince of Anhalt-Zerbst, and Frederick Augustus, Duke of Nassau, both of whom contributed to the political landscape of their time.

Frederick Augustus III, Elector of Saxony, later ascended to the throne as King Frederick Augustus I of Saxony, further solidifying his legacy. His reign extended into the early nineteenth century, with his descendants continuing to play significant roles in European nobility.

Throughout his life, Frederick Augustus was associated with various titles, including Frederick Augustus, Count of Erbach-Fürstenau, and Frederick Augustus II of Saxony. His lineage continued with Frederick Augustus II, Grand Duke of Oldenburg, and Frederick Augustus III of Saxony, the last king of Saxony, who lived until nineteen thirty-two.
