Freya Anderson

Freya Anderson, born on March fourth, two thousand one, is a distinguished British swimmer celebrated for her prowess as a freestyle sprinter. Her remarkable talent shines particularly in relay events, where she has made significant contributions to Great Britain's swimming legacy.

Anderson's impressive accolades include nine relay gold medals across three editions of the European Championships. Notably, she achieved an extraordinary feat by securing five golds in a single meet at the 2020 European Championships held in Budapest. Additionally, her competitive spirit has earned her two bronze medals at the Commonwealth Games and a bronze at the 2019 World Aquatics Championships.

In July twenty twenty-one, Anderson showcased her skills on the world stage by winning gold as part of the British team in the mixed four by one hundred metre medley relay at the Tokyo Olympics, where she swam the freestyle anchor leg in the heat.

Individually, she has also made her mark, winning silver and bronze medals in the fifty-meter event at the 2022 European Championships.
