Gabriel Francisco García de la Torre, known as Gabri, was born on February 10, 1979, in Spain. A versatile footballer, he primarily played as a midfielder but also showcased his skills as an attacking right-back. His professional career is marked by significant stints at renowned clubs, including seven years at FC Barcelona and four seasons at Ajax.

During his time at Barcelona, Gabri made a total of one hundred ninety-four appearances, contributing thirteen goals to the team's success. Although he often played a backup role, he was part of a squad that secured four major titles, highlighting his ability to perform at the highest level.
