Gaétan Proulx, born on May twenty-seventh, nineteen forty-seven, in Saint-Denis-de-Brompton, Quebec, has dedicated his life to the service of the Roman Catholic Church. He became a Professed Member of the Order of Servants of Mary on September fifth, nineteen sixty-nine, marking the beginning of his spiritual journey.

After years of commitment and preparation, Proulx was ordained as a priest on June eighth, nineteen seventy-five. His devotion to his faith and community has been evident throughout his ministry, leading him to significant roles within the Church.
