Garrett Reisman

Garrett Reisman, born on February 10, 1968, is a distinguished American engineer and former NASA astronaut. His journey into the cosmos began as a backup crew member for Expedition 15, where he honed his skills and prepared for future missions. Reisman made his mark aboard the International Space Station during Expedition 16, contributing to vital research and operations before becoming a full member of Expedition 17.

On June 14, 2008, Reisman returned to Earth aboard the Space Shuttle Discovery during the STS-124 mission, marking a significant milestone in his career. His expertise was further showcased during the STS-132 mission, where he traveled to the International Space Station on Space Shuttle Atlantis from May 14 to 26, 2010, further solidifying his legacy in space exploration.
