Gennadius of Massilia

Gennadius of Massilia, who passed away around the year four hundred ninety-six, was a prominent figure in the early Christian church. Known also as Gennadius Scholasticus or Gennadius Massiliensis, he served as a priest and monk, dedicating his life to the study and documentation of Christian history.
