Georg Gänswein

Georg Gänswein, born on July thirtieth, nineteen fifty-six, is a distinguished German prelate of the Catholic Church. He has held the esteemed position of Apostolic Nuncio to Lithuania, Estonia, and Latvia since June twenty-fourth, twenty twenty-four. His extensive career includes serving as the Prefect of the Papal Household from two thousand twelve to two thousand twenty-three, during which he was also the Personal Secretary to Pope Benedict XVI.

In addition to his roles within the Church, Gänswein has made significant contributions to academia as a Professor of Canon Law at the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross for nearly a decade.
