Personal Facts, Age, Height and Biography of Georges Dionne

Georges Dionne, born on September ninth, eighteen seventy-six in Matane, Quebec, was a prominent figure in Canadian politics and a skilled notary. His educational journey took him through the esteemed Rimouski Seminary and Université Laval, where he laid the foundation for his future endeavors.

A dedicated member of the Liberal Party, Dionne first entered the political arena when he was elected to the House of Commons representing the Matane riding in the general election of nineteen twenty-five. His commitment to public service was reaffirmed when he was re-elected in nineteen twenty-six, serving during the sixteenth Canadian Parliament.

Despite his initial successes, Dionne faced challenges in his political career. After completing his second term, he was defeated by Conservative candidate Henri LaRue. Undeterred, he made a bid to return to Parliament as a candidate for the Reconstruction Party in the nineteen thirty-five federal election, this time in the Matapédia—Matane riding, though this attempt was ultimately unsuccessful.
