Gérard Latortue

Gérard Latortue, born on June nineteenth, nineteen thirty-four, is a notable figure in Haitian politics and diplomacy. He held the esteemed position of prime minister of Haiti from March twelfth, two thousand four, until June ninth, two thousand six.
