Gilby Clarke

Gilbert J. Clarke, born on August 17, 1962, is a multifaceted American musician renowned for his skills as a guitarist, singer, songwriter, and record producer. He gained significant recognition during his three-year stint as the rhythm guitarist for the iconic rock band Guns N' Roses, stepping in for Izzy Stradlin in 1991 amidst the band's legendary Use Your Illusion Tour. His contributions to the band are also highlighted on the album 'The Spaghetti Incident?' released in 1993.

After his time with Guns N' Roses, Clarke embarked on a successful solo career, showcasing his versatility and passion for music. He has collaborated with a variety of artists and bands, including Slash's Snakepit, Kat Men, Heart, Nancy Sinatra, and Kathy Valentine of The Go-Go's. His musical journey also led him to work with the influential band MC5 and to form his own group, Rock Star Supernova, alongside members of Metallica and Mötley Crüe.
