His playing career was marked by significant achievements, particularly during his time at Dinamo Zagreb, where he secured three Croatian First Football League titles, three Croatian Cups, and two Super Cups. Sedloski also showcased his talent in the Premier League with Sheffield Wednesday and had notable stints in Japan, Turkey, and Austria, especially with SV Mattersburg, where he made over one hundred thirty appearances. He represented North Macedonia internationally from nineteen ninety-six to two thousand ten, scoring eight goals and captaining the team for several years.

Transitioning into management, Sedloski has demonstrated his capability by winning domestic league titles in two different countries. He led Vardar to consecutive championships in the Macedonian First Football League in two thousand sixteen and two thousand seventeen, and guided KF Shkupi to their first-ever title in two thousand twenty-two.
