Gordon Balfour

Gordon Balfour, born on December twenty-fifth, eighteen eighty-two, was a distinguished Canadian rower who made his mark in the world of competitive rowing. He showcased his exceptional talent at the 1908 Summer Olympics, where he served as the bowman of the Canadian coxless four team, which proudly secured the bronze medal. His prowess did not stop there; he was also a vital crew member of the Canadian boat that clinched another bronze in the men's eight event.
