Morrison has made significant contributions to the American comic book landscape, particularly through their extensive work with DC Comics.

Among Morrison's most notable projects are lengthy runs on iconic titles such as Animal Man, Doom Patrol, JLA, Action Comics, and Green Lantern. They have also penned celebrated graphic novels including Arkham Asylum, JLA: Earth 2, and Wonder Woman: Earth One.
