Gregory Breit

Gregory Breit was a distinguished American physicist, born on July first, nineteen ninety-nine, in Mykolaiv, which was then part of the Russian Empire and is now located in Ukraine. His academic journey began in earnest when he took on the role of assistant to the renowned physicist Paul Ehrenfest at Leiden University in nineteen twenty-one, marking the start of a remarkable career in the field of nuclear physics.
