On July 19, 1990, Gul was examined at the Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital in New Delhi, where his height and weight were meticulously documented. At that time, he weighed thirty-seven and a half pounds, or seventeen kilograms. His unique stature and presence in the circus world made him a beloved performer, showcasing his talents despite the challenges posed by his height.

Gul Mohammed's life was not without its struggles. He faced significant health issues, including a long battle with asthma and bronchitis, which ultimately led to his passing on October 1, 1997.
