Ha-Joon Chang, born on October seventh, nineteen sixty-three, is a prominent South Korean economist and academic known for his expertise in institutional economics and development. He dedicated over three decades to lecturing in economics at the University of Cambridge from nineteen ninety to twenty twenty-one, before taking on the role of professor of economics at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) in twenty twenty-two.
