Hana Kimura, born on September 3, 1997, was a talented Japanese professional wrestler known for her dynamic performances in the ring. As a second-generation wrestler, she followed in the footsteps of her mother, Kyoko Kimura, and made a name for herself in various wrestling promotions, including World Wonder Ring Stardom and Wrestle-1. Her skills and charisma also led her to international appearances with organizations such as Ring of Honor and Pro-Wrestling: EVE, as well as independent promotions in Mexico.
In addition to her wrestling career, Kimura gained widespread recognition as a cast member on the popular reality television series Terrace House: Tokyo 2019–2020, which aired on Fuji Television and Netflix. Her time on the show showcased her vibrant personality and allowed fans to connect with her beyond the wrestling ring.
Tragically, Hana Kimura's life was cut short at the age of twenty-two. She faced significant online bullying from viewers of Terrace House, which she openly addressed through a series of troubling tweets. On May 23, 2020, she died by suicide in her Tokyo apartment, a heartbreaking loss that resonated deeply within the wrestling community and beyond.
