Hans Kammler

Hans Kammler, born on August 26, 1901, was a multifaceted individual whose career spanned architecture, civil engineering, and military service. As an SS-Obergruppenführer, he played a pivotal role in the Nazi regime's ambitious civil engineering projects, which included the construction of notorious concentration camps such as Auschwitz.

In the latter stages of World War II, Kammler was entrusted with overseeing the V-2 rocket program and the Emergency Fighter Programs. His expertise in engineering and architecture made him a key figure in the development of advanced weaponry for the Nazi war effort.

Despite his significant contributions to these projects, Kammler's fate remains shrouded in mystery. He vanished in May 1945 during the chaotic final days of the war, leading to ongoing speculation regarding his capture or death.
