Harry Manx

Harry Manx is a distinguished Canadian musician renowned for his unique fusion of blues, folk music, and Hindustani classical music. Born in nineteen fifty-five, he has captivated audiences with his mastery of multiple instruments, including the guitar, banjo, harmonica, and the mohan veena, an instrument he studied under its creator, Vishwa Mohan Bhatt.

As an independent artist, Manx releases his music through his own label, Dog My Cats Records. His innovative sound and dedication to his craft have earned him significant recognition in the music industry.

Throughout his career, Manx has been honored with seven Maple Blues Awards and has received six nominations for the prestigious Juno Awards. In two thousand five, he was awarded the Canadian Folk Music Award for Best Solo Artist, and in two thousand seven, he received CBC Radio's Great Canadian Blues Award, solidifying his status as a leading figure in the Canadian music scene.
