Hasan Salihamidžić, affectionately known as Brazzo, is a distinguished Bosnian former professional footballer born on January 1, 1977. His football journey began at Hamburger SV in Germany, but it was during his nine-season tenure at Bayern Munich that he truly made his mark. With the Bavarian giants, he celebrated numerous triumphs, including six Bundesliga titles, four DFB-Pokal titles, the prestigious UEFA Champions League in the 2000–01 season, and the Intercontinental Cup in 2001.
Salihamidžić was known for his versatility on the field, primarily playing as a right midfielder or full back. His quickness and energetic style of play, combined with an exceptional work rate, made him a formidable presence. His ability to cross and pass effectively allowed him to create numerous scoring opportunities for his teammates, solidifying his reputation as a key player.
On the international stage, he earned forty-two caps and netted six goals for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team, earning recognition as one of the most successful footballers from his country.
