Beginning his senior career at the young age of seventeen with Ahed in 2004, Maatouk quickly established himself as a formidable player, securing twelve trophies, including three league titles and three FA Cups over seven years. His journey took him to the UAE in 2011, where he played for Ajman, Emirates, and Fujairah, becoming the latter's all-time top scorer with fifty-six goals.
