Hassan Rahimi

Hassan Rahimi, born on June fifteenth, nineteen eighty-nine, in Tehran, Iran, is a distinguished amateur wrestler who has made significant contributions to the sport. Growing up in Yaftabad, Tehran, he developed a passion for wrestling that would lead him to numerous accolades on both national and international stages.

His journey in wrestling began to gain momentum in two thousand eight when he clinched the title of Junior Asian Champion and secured a silver medal at the Junior World Championships. The following year, he achieved remarkable success by becoming the Junior World Champion, showcasing his potential as a formidable competitor.

In two thousand ten, Rahimi continued to excel, earning the title of Military World Champion. His prowess was further demonstrated in two thousand eleven when he won a bronze medal at the World Championships. The following year, he reached new heights by becoming the Asian Champion, although he faced challenges at the 2012 Summer Olympics, finishing in eighth place.
