Hayat Sindi

Hayat Sindi, born on November sixth, nineteen sixty-seven, is a pioneering Saudi Arabian biotechnologist and medical scientist. She has made significant strides in the fields of point-of-care medical testing and biotechnology, establishing herself as a leading figure in her profession.

As one of the first female members of the Consultative Assembly of Saudi Arabia, Sindi has broken barriers and paved the way for women in science and politics. Her contributions have not gone unnoticed; she was ranked as the nineteenth most influential Arab in the world and the ninth most influential Arab woman by Arabian Business.
