Heidi Montag

Heidi Montag, born on September 15, 1986, is an American reality television personality, singer, actor, model, and fashion designer. She gained fame in 2006 when she was cast in the MTV reality series The Hills, which followed the lives of Lauren Conrad, Montag, and their friends Audrina Patridge and Whitney Port. During her time on the show, she briefly attended the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising and worked for Bolthouse Productions, an event planning company.

As the series progressed, Montag's relationship with fellow cast member Spencer Pratt blossomed, leading to a dramatic fallout with her friend Conrad. Their feud became a central theme of the show, captivating audiences throughout its run. Montag and Pratt, affectionately dubbed 'Speidi', tied the knot in April 2009, further solidifying their status as a reality TV power couple.

In 2009, the couple made headlines with their controversial appearances on the second season of the American version of I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! The following year, Montag released her debut studio album, Superficial, which faced critical backlash and did not recoup its production costs. Her decision to undergo ten cosmetic surgery procedures in a single day also drew significant public scrutiny.

Montag continued to explore her television career, appearing on the series Famous Food in 2011, where she competed for a restaurant partnership. In 2013, she and Pratt participated as a duo on the eleventh series of the British version of Celebrity Big Brother, later returning as All-Stars for Celebrity Big Brother 19. On May 30, 2025, Montag released her second studio album, Heidiwood, marking another chapter in her multifaceted career.
