Her debut single, "Anapandites Kliseis," preceded her first album, Protereotita, released in two thousand four. With a unique blend of laïko, pop, and dance music, she captured the hearts of many. In two thousand five, she achieved a historic victory for Greece in the Eurovision Song Contest with her hit "My Number One."
