Henri Jaspar

Henri Jaspar, born on July twenty-eighth, eighteen seventy, in Schaerbeek, was a prominent Belgian politician and lawyer. His political career was marked by his dedication to the Belgian Catholic Party, through which he served as the Prime Minister of Belgium from nineteen twenty-six to nineteen thirty-one.

Jaspar's journey in politics began when he represented Liège as a Catholic member in the Belgian Chamber of Representatives from nineteen nineteen until nineteen thirty-six. His influence extended beyond national borders as he served as a Belgian delegate at the Paris Peace Conference in nineteen nineteen, contributing to the shaping of post-war Europe.

In nineteen twenty-one, he played a pivotal role in establishing the Belgium-Luxembourg Economic Union, a significant step towards economic collaboration between the two nations.
