Henry Cowell

Henry Cowell, born on March eleventh, nineteen ninety-seven, was a multifaceted American composer, musicologist, music theorist, and pianist. He was not only a prominent figure in the avant-garde music scene of the early twentieth century but also a writer, publisher, and educator. His marriage to ethnomusicologist Sidney Robertson Cowell further enriched his artistic journey.
