Henry Lawson

Henry Lawson, born on June seventeenth, eighteen sixty-seven, was a prominent Australian writer and bush poet. He is celebrated alongside his contemporary Banjo Paterson as one of the most renowned poets and fiction writers of the colonial era. Often referred to as Australia's 'greatest short story writer,' Lawson's literary contributions have left an indelible mark on Australian literature.
