Hideo Yoshizawa

Hideo Yoshizawa, born on September 2, 1960, is a renowned Japanese video game director, screenwriter, and producer, celebrated for his significant contributions to the gaming industry, particularly with the Ninja Gaiden and Klonoa series. His career began at Tecmo, where he played a pivotal role in developing the original Ninja Gaiden trilogy for the Nintendo Entertainment System, credited under the pseudonym 'Sakurazaki'.

In April 2016, Yoshizawa transitioned from Bandai Namco Studios to pursue freelance opportunities, marking a new chapter in his illustrious career. His expertise and vision were soon recognized, leading to his appointment as an executive producer for Henshin's animated film adaptation of Klonoa, announced on January 10, 2017.
