Hilton Valentine

Hilton Valentine, born on May twenty-first, nineteen forty-three, was a prominent English guitarist and musician, best known as the original guitarist for the legendary band, the Animals. His contributions to the music scene during the skiffle and rock and roll eras have left an indelible mark on the industry.

In recognition of his talent and influence, Valentine was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in nineteen ninety-four, a testament to his significant role in shaping the sound of the Animals. Additionally, in two thousand one, he received further accolades with an induction into Hollywood’s Rock Walk of Fame alongside his fellow band members.

After the Animals disbanded in nineteen sixty-six, Valentine embarked on a solo career, producing several albums that showcased his versatility as an artist. Notable works include 'All in Your Head' released in nineteen sixty-nine and 'It’s Folk ‘N’ Skiffle, Mate!' in two thousand four. His passion for music continued as he toured New England and participated in various reunions with the Animals, delighting fans with his enduring talent.
