Hong Tianguifu

Hong Tianguifu, born on November twenty-third, eighteen forty-nine, was a significant figure in Chinese history, serving as the second and last king of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom. He is often referred to as the Junior Lord, a title that reflects his position within the context of the Taiping movement.

Officially, he held the title of King of Heaven, a designation he shared with his father, Hong Xiuquan, the founder of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom. To distinguish between the two, he is also known as the Junior King of Heaven, a title that underscores his lineage and the expectations placed upon him.

Despite the weight of his titles, Hong Tianguifu's reign was marked by the challenges of maintaining the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom, which faced significant internal and external pressures. His leadership came during a tumultuous period in Chinese history, characterized by conflict and upheaval.
