Hugh Quarshie

Hugh Quarshie, born on December twenty-second, nineteen fifty-four, is a distinguished Ghanaian-born British actor celebrated for his extensive contributions to stage and screen. He is perhaps best known for his iconic portrayal of Ric Griffin in the BBC One medical drama Holby City, a role he held from two thousand one until twenty twenty. Additionally, Quarshie gained international recognition for his performance as Captain Panaka in the Star Wars film Episode I – The Phantom Menace, released in nineteen ninety-nine.
