Ibn Ishaq

Abu Abd Allah Muhammad ibn Ishaq ibn Yasar al-Muttalibi, commonly known as Ibn Ishaq, was a prominent Muslim historian and biographer born in the year seven hundred and four. He is best remembered for his significant contributions to the documentation of Islamic history, particularly through his meticulous collection of oral traditions.

Living during the eighth century, Ibn Ishaq dedicated his life to the study and narration of the life of the Islamic prophet Muhammad. His most notable work, the Al-Sirah al-Nabawiyyah, stands as a foundational biography that has influenced countless scholars and followers of Islam.
