Ice Spice

Isis Naija Gaston, known to the world as Ice Spice, is an American rapper and songwriter born on January 1, 2000, in the vibrant Bronx, New York City. Her musical journey began in 2020 while she was in college, where she crossed paths with the talented record producer RiotUSA. Since then, Ice Spice has emerged as a breakout star, captivating audiences with her unique rapping style.

In late 2022, Ice Spice gained significant recognition with her viral hit "Munch (Feelin' U)" on TikTok, which catapulted her into the spotlight. Following her signing with 10K Projects in a joint venture with Capitol Records, she released a series of successful singles, including "Bikini Bottom" and "In Ha Mood," as part of her debut extended play (EP), Like..? (2023). The EP featured the Billboard Hot 100-top ten single "Princess Diana," a collaboration with Nicki Minaj, and peaked at number fifteen on the Billboard 200.

Her remarkable year continued with a string of collaborative hits in 2023, including "Boy's a Liar Pt. 2" with PinkPantheress, "Karma" with Taylor Swift, and "Barbie World" alongside Nicki Minaj and Aqua. This impressive feat made Ice Spice the only rapper to achieve four top-ten songs on the Billboard Hot 100 in that year. Looking ahead, her 2024 single, "Think U the Shit (Fart)," is set to precede the release of her highly anticipated debut studio album, Y2K! (2024).

Apart from her musical achievements, Ice Spice has also made her mark in the film industry, with roles in the upcoming films Highest 2 Lowest and The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants, both slated for release in 2025.
