Ingrid Mattson

Ingrid Mattson, born on August twenty-fourth, nineteen sixty-three, is a prominent Canadian activist and scholar renowned for her contributions to Islamic studies. Currently, she holds the esteemed position of the London and Windsor Community Chair in Islamic Studies at Huron University College, part of the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario, Canada.

As a former president of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), Mattson has played a pivotal role in advocating for the rights and representation of Muslim communities across North America.
