Ioannis Andreou

Ioannis Andreou was a notable Greek swimmer born in the year nineteen hundred. He made his mark in the world of competitive swimming by participating in the inaugural modern Olympic Games held in Athens in eighteen ninety-six.

During the Olympics, Andreou showcased his talent in the 1,200 metres freestyle event. Competing against six other swimmers, he demonstrated remarkable skill and endurance, ultimately securing a commendable second place with a time of twenty-one minutes and three point four seconds.
